These terms govern your use of the Own The Room website and program, operated by The Empowher Journal. By submitting an application or using this site, you agree to these terms.
The program
Own The Room is a self-paced (with optional 1:1 coaching) program designed to help women prepare for returning to the workforce after a career break. Submitting the application form on this site does not automatically enroll you, Devaki's team reviews applications personally before confirming your spot.
Eligibility
This program is intended for women who have taken a career break and are preparing to return to paid employment. There is no minimum or maximum break length required.
Payment & refunds

Intellectual property
All course materials, workbooks, videos, and content provided as part of Own The Room are the property of The Empowher Journal and are licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
No guarantee of outcomes
Own The Room provides guidance, structure, and practice to support your return to the workforce. It does not guarantee a job offer, interview, or specific career outcome.
